Lying 700 metres from the village of Montisi, this lovely house gives you the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay. At the same time you are close to the village to take advantage of the essential services that are offered such as restaurants, a grocery store, other shops and a bar.
It is tastefully decorated in the local style: with characteristic terracotta floors, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and furniture dating back to the previous century which give to the house a warm and cozy look and allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
The house is 90 sqm. divided into two floors plus a turret. On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, a sofa and an armchair, a dining area with with dining table for 6 people and cooking area. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, one double bedroom with a chest of drawers and two bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower). In the turret there is a small and cosy living room with a small table, a chair and a sofa bed for one person.
The outside area is equipped with dining table, chairs, and barbecue; a small swimming pool, private parking area and plenty of space between the olive trees.
